Location: Dallas, TX 75253
Pay: $20.00/hour – CONTRACT (40 hrs)
Schedule: 8am-5pm- Monday-Friday
ONE Elite Staffing is seeking a Business Administrator to join our client's team.
Essential Functions:
Coordinates the departments compliance program through the establishment of an annual compliance work plan, which may include data collection, mock surveys, internal monitoring, and auditing of activities.
Conducts inspections, gathers data, and ensures compliance.
Assists with periodic internal and external audits and inspections to identify and correct non-compliance issues with corrective actions when needed.
Monitors, reviews and edits policies and procedural processes to ensure compliance regulations meet conformance measures; maintains, monitors and develops applicable master control plans and agreements.
Provides compliance updates and information to the management team by researching and analyzing data and prepare a variety of regulatory reports.
Serves as the department's liaison on quality topics and conducts quality related presentations, education and trainings as requested; provides knowledge in quality control activities.
Attends compliance and regulatory trainings to support and actively promote the City's state, local, and federal compliance programs: attends and participates in scheduled quality, environmental, safety and internal audit trainings.
Measures and evaluates quantitatively and qualitatively, program effectiveness and makes recommendations for improvement.
Maintains, compiles, and manages all control documents, compliance reference, and resource material and distributes throughout the department.
Maintains a working in-depth knowledge of applicable regulations and statues for area of responsibility.
Performs any and all other work as needed or assigned.
Eduation, Knowledge and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public business, or related field.
Knowledge of city, state, and federal environmental codes, ordinances, rules, regulations and standards.
Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and strong attention to detail.
Ability to perform audits and inspections effectively determine compliance and quality issues.
Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing.
Ability to research, analyze data and compile reports.
Ability to develop curriculum and effectively deliver presentations.
Ability to deal and work with other employees and the public in a professional and tactful manner.
Communicating effectively verbally and in writing.
Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.
Experience:
Two (2) years’ experience in business administration, compliance or auditing work.
