Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) – Pediatric & Orthodontic Practice

The Smile Institute is looking for a talented and compassionate Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our growing team! This position offers the opportunity to work alongside an excellent pediatric dentist and an experienced orthodontist in a fun, patient-focused environment.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

We are searching for someone who loves working with children, is great with their hands, and thrives in a fast-paced but supportive team environment.

The Ideal Candidate:

Has pediatric dental and/or orthodontic experience (both is a plus!)

Is comfortable working with children and helping them feel relaxed and confident

Is detail-oriented and able to read and follow doctors’ notes

Can work independently while also collaborating well with a team

Has excellent communication skills with patients, parents, and staff

Keeps clear and concise clinical notes

Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
