Purchasing Agent

RDA Pro-Mart of Rockwall is seeking a detailed, hard working individual to join our team as one of our buyers.

HOURS:

Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

• Purchasing effectively and accurately using our purchase system to ensure satellite stores have what they need to be successful.
• Delivering a weekly purchase order report to supervisors that indicates the invoice amounts for all closed orders
• Ensure that all deliveries satisfy the assigned orders
• Assisting the Purchasing Manager with maintaining inventory levels and materials on a regular basis

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills.

Ability to effectively and professionally interact with staff and vendors.

Computer experience is a must.

Experience with excel preferred.
