    Real Estate Listing Coordinator (Local) Must reside in Arizona to be considered for this position We’re looking for a local, proactive, highly organized listing coordinator to play a key role on our growing team. You’ll work with sellers throughout their entire listing process, compile listing information and research for comparable properties, assist homeowners with completing contracts, and enter MLS listings in the database. You’ll also arrange cleanings to prepare homes to sell, organize showings, and generate reports to display sales activity. Our ideal candidate can operate with a high level of professionalism and juggle multiple listings efficiently, all while staying focused and helping others with a smile. Responsibilities: • Set up showings and open houses in order to receive critical feedback that can improve the showing process • Gather all listing information including property photos, pre-listing materials, comparative market analysis with online property profiles, and MLS research • Follow up with sellers to complete listing agreements, disclosures, and any other required paperwork needed to send to the office broker for file compliance • Enter sales activity into the client database and track business reports to present progress toward company goals • Post new listings to social media and in MLS to sell homes quickly and give customers an excellent experience • Assist Lead Agent with various duties • Handling 10+ new listings per month • Communicate via phone and email with clients, agents, and the public • Occasionally show property • Handle some aspects of Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing • Lead Database Management Qualifications: • Capable of communicating effectively in both writing and in person • Must have a high school diploma or GED, some college experience is a bonus • Has basic computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel • Must reside in Arizona to be considered for this position • Must have a valid ARIZONA Real Estate License • Must have at least 2 years of Real Estate Transactional experience • Thorough knowledge of MLS, ShowingTime, Paperless Pipeline, DocuSign, etc. • Must have a fully functional home office, cell, headset, computer, fax/scanner • Capable of handling 10+ new listings per month • Enjoy communicating via phone and email with clients, agents, and the public • Highly tech-savvy • Digital marketing and social media experience • Hardworking and coachable • Highly effective multi-tasker • Extremely detailed Compensation: $45,000 + bonuses
