You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home. Responsibilities: • Serve as an intermediary between the buyer and seller or listing agent to ensure mutual transaction satisfaction • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Speak and engage with pre-qualified leads to figure out their wants and needs in a home • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close Qualifications: • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • Show a track record of real estate success • 1+ years of buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience • Please note you must answer the screening questions and submit the DISC profile assessment for your application to be considered by our hiring team • Newly licensed agents will be considered • Your Real Estate License will be transitioned to our office • Your 100% commission income is dependent on your ability to close transactions and could be higher or lower than what is stated in the range of this job ad. Compensation: $50,000 - $110,000 yearly
