Responsibilities: • Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show • Oversee the entire process from writing offers to close to ensure client satisfaction • Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service • Work with buyer clients, listing agents and home sellers to show properties in a timely manner Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Independent drive to succeed and able to complete tasks without supervision • Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving • Present yourself in a professional manner • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 DOE plus bonuses
