Responsibilities: • Prospecting and conducting lead generation activities to create new business • Work closely with Buyers’ Agents to negotiate contracts to closing • Manage all aspects of MLS listings, including filling out listing paperwork, posting to MLS, posting to social media, and producing a marketing plan that leads to quick sales • Make a listing presentation for the seller to explain the home’s key selling points and asking price • Negotiate contracts with buyer’s agents to achieve the best deal possible for the client Qualifications: • Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Ability to use real estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly • One year of work experience in real estate • Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Compensation: $100,000+ commission based
