Responsibilities: • Send a weekly report to clients on their listing status so we can maintain our good customer service standing • Convert pre-qualified leads that are passed on from sales agents to schedule listing appointments and grow the business • Present suggested asking prices and key selling points to the seller so they understand the best price for their home • Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly • Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed Qualifications: • Shows in-depth knowledge of real estate industry and can accurately conduct market research • Possesses a real estate license • Completes tasks quickly and efficiently • Capable of using CRM software to keep customer information organized and confidential • Superb time management, interpersonal, and communication skills Compensation: $100,000+ commission based
