The ideal candidate will have real estate experience helping agents from listing to closing. Responsibilities: • Compile and distribute weekly/monthly reports and communicate key results to the rest of the team to ensure company goals are being met, and explain any challenges or issues • Establish and maintain all systems for buyers, sellers, client database management, lead generation tracking, lead follow-up, and office administration • Demonstrate exceptional customer service as the point person for complaints or questions, and resolve issues quickly to improve customer retention and referral rates • Purchase office supplies including marketing materials, cards for important dates, and office equipment • Manage administrative tasks including reviewing schedules, preparing agendas, participating in daily meetings, answering phones, facilitating communication between customers and team members, taking minutes, etc Qualifications: • Real estate license preferred but not required to apply • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred • Real estate industry is preferred • Knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, email, etc. • Willing to work some evenings and weekends Compensation: $18 Hourly
