You will contact pre-qualified leads, show properties, facilitate the negotiation process, and make that final sale for the buyer’s dream home. Responsibilities: • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up, facilitating communication, and adding them to the sales pipeline • Assist buyer clients with the home purchase process including budgeting and options with a mortgage lender • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • Work with office staff to ensure every buyer or potential buyer has an exceptional experience with us Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • An established track record of successful real estate sales • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • High school diploma or GED required Compensation: $50,000 yearly
