The position requires interaction with our marketing, customer service, operations, sales, and technology teams to ensure that our website, social media, collateral, and other communications accurately reflect our brand. Responsibilities: Streamline company materials and campaigns to ensure a consistent and concise message Arrange for and implement all team events, take photos and post highlights on social media Oversee all new community launches and develop campaigns and signage to entice potential buyers Develop marketing materials and advertising campaigns from conception to completion that are timely and effective Update all Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other social media posts and respond to followers Qualifications: Strong communication skills both verbal and written are a must Minimum 2 years of marketing/brand management experience in an agency or Real Estate sales environment B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Journalism, Business or related major required Expert in forward design concepts Encourages and is open to innovative ideas and suggestions Compensation: 35000 - 50000 yearly
