    The function of the Marketing Coordinator is to complete all marketing activities for the team which includes the marketing of properties, brand marketing, social media management, tracking and measuring marketing effectiveness, and event management. This position provides marketing and administrative support to the members of a residential real estate sales team. The person that best fits this role is detail-oriented, highly organized, and enjoys being creative. This person is supportive, a problem solver, and enjoys working as part of a team. Must be a self-starter, learning-based, positive thinking, and have the desire to grow with the team. In addition to being task-oriented, this person will also be great with people and skilled in customer service. Computer skills and social media knowledge are a must. Responsibilities: • Responsible for all marketing, social media, PR, and branding initiatives - print, digital, social, photography, video, and direct mail. • Produces Valuable and Engaging content, Creates, delivers, edits, and optimizes marketing materials and advertising campaigns • Event Planning/Coordination • Establish all marketing for team events, open houses, and new listings • Maintain accurate information on the company website • Drive Traffic to our company social media and website • Geographic farm marketing on designated neighborhoods as target audience, and utilizing our marketing efforts to educate, improve, provide different services and bring value to the residents of this particular neighborhood. • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website, social media, and blog • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors. • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals • Track marketing effectiveness by measuring lead generation by source and coordinate lead assignments to sales agents. Qualifications: • Minimum of 2 years experience in a marketing/brand management role • Possesses a proven track record of sales/marketing performance • Social media expert • Strong attention to detail with excellent grammar as well as organization, project management, and communication skills • Residential real estate experience preferred Compensation: $42,000 - $44,000 yearly
