This opportunity is with an independent title company that is in collaboration with a prominent real estate brokerage. Responsibilities: • Process commitments, policies, and endorsements aligning with agency objectives • Address customer inquiries promptly concerning status, rate quotes, title defects, exceptions, or general details • Generate reports on a daily and monthly basis • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance agency profitability and efficiency • Coordinate with attorneys and staff regarding orders • Compile policies, commitments, and endorsements for distribution via mail and email • Ensure accuracy in preparing CPLs • Complete monthly remittances accurately Qualifications: • Strong ability to collaborate effectively with team members, meet strict deadlines, efficiently manage workload, and uphold precise record-keeping • Hold active licenses in both North Carolina and South Carolina • Demonstrated background of a minimum of 2 years of underwriting experience Compensation: $65,000 - $72,000 yearly
