    We exist to change people's lives in the real estate industry. Everything that we do is designed to transform real estate agents' businesses. Our real estate team is growing, and we’re looking for a real estate recruiter to help us find the right people for our team! You’ll be responsible for engaging potential new team members, vetting the candidates to make sure they are qualified, and narrowing down the candidates who are best suited for our culture. Our ideal applicant has strong organizational skills and a knack for identifying great talent. If you feel passionate about helping others reach their success while you further your career we should talk. Looking for someone that wants to change the trajectory of the company. Responsibilities: • Look for new agents in our area and recruit them via phone calls, emails, events, or other forms of communication to meet the demands of our growing business • Utilize job boards to post jobs that reach potential new real estate team members • Call 20 plus experienced agents per day • Recruit 20 plus agents in a year • Consult experienced agents on sales and business strategies (Content and Training Provided) • Organize a consistent follow-up system so that each prospect is touched a minimum of twice per month with relevant and personalized content • Establish and lead a team responsible for transitioning newly joined associates to the office and improve communication between the staff so associates experience a hassle-free transition • Follow a daily activities management system • Create and maintain an extensive database of names using the provided CRM • Oversee the designing of a recruiting website within 6 months and update content as needed Qualifications: • Must be willing to make daily calls • 2+ years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position • Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well • Must have a college degree • Familiar with online job posting tools • Great at time management and organization • Must have experience with Social Media platforms • Must live locally this is not a remote position Compensation: $50,000-60,000 plus commission
