Responsibilities: • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget • Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up, facilitating communication, and adding them to the sales pipeline • Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to close the sale • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home • Make sure every buyer or potential buyer has a great experience with us to convert leads or generate repeat business Qualifications: • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Should have or be pursuing a real estate license • Candidate must have a successful track record of real estate sales • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or relevant experience Compensation: $70,000
