The Administrator duties include managing phone and e-mail communications. Oversee routine updates to websites, client data and other social media as needed. Responsibilities: • Understand the process of Real Estate sales • Manage CRM • Manage Trend • Open and close office • All administrative duties as directed by management and top producers  Qualifications: • 2 YEARS OF REAL ESTATE OFFICE EXPERIENCE • Proficiency in Trend, Docusign, Zip Forms, Word, Excel  • Able to handle large volume of work and prioritize • Must have references in the industry Compensation: $40,000 plus benefits and bonus plan
