    We are seeking a bright and creative individual for a Part-Time role as a Marketing Assistant for our group of Real Estate companies. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Experience creating content for business is preferred. Must be organized, creative, and consistent in work product. SCHEDULE:  FLEXIBLE – we can work with your schedule! • 20 hours weekly during office hours • Office work hours are Monday – Friday (8:30 am – 5:30 pm) FANTASTIC ENTRY-LEVEL OPPORTUNITY • Attract and influence people on different social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn • Develop optimization techniques for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn • Create blogs • Efficiently manage time and multiple projects Responsibilities: • Create content for Company Social Media accounts and keep everything organized within Canva • Complete assigned tasks in Asana and communicate effectively with team members • Schedule posts to multiple Social Media platforms through Canva • Collaborate with the Leadership team to develop marketing strategies • Monitor Social Media for comments, messages, and spam • Curating blog posts and publishing to company websites • Create a weekly recruiting newsletter • Writing copy for social media posts Qualifications: • Experience with Canva Pro • Proficient in Social Media Platforms • Eye for design and creating • Experience with marketing for business • Ability to create consistent content while staying within Company Brand guidelines • Excellent organizational skills • Eagerness to learn • Positive Attitude Compensation: $15 hourly
