Responsibilities: Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget Assist buyers with finding a home, negotiate a successful purchase, and ensure clear, consistent communication and high levels of customer service throughout the entire process Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up, facilitating communication, and adding them to the sales pipeline Have open houses to build relationships with prospective homebuyers and introduce them to their local real estate market Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process Qualifications: Candidate must have a successful track record of real estate sales Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry High school diploma or GED required Has superb interpersonal and communication skills At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real-estate experience Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission sales
