    Real Estate Apprenticeship - RE/MAX Northwest Seattle Are you a newly licensed real estate agent with two years or less experience, but haven’t been able to fully build your leads and database? If the answer is yes, you have come to the right brokerage. Our Seattle RE/MAX Northwest is a modern take on a brokerage. We have an office of successful brokers at all stages in their careers who like to share ideas and strategies, transactional knowledge/guidance, and like to have fun.  Our motto is Work Hard. Be Nice. and we live by that. Currently, we are seeking like-minded agents who want to build a successful, growing real estate business. Who You Are: • You are a licensed real estate agent, or in the process of receiving your license. • An ambitious, self-motivated individual who wants a rewarding, full-time real estate career • You want to build your own book of business • You constantly work on your professional and personal growth • You live our motto. Work Hard. Be nice WHY RE/MAX NORTHWEST: • Gain more experience in your first year compared to your peers by training both remotely and in person. With our tools and training, you should be able to have a minimum 5 transactions your first year vs. the industry standard of 3! •  Dedicated Trainer and Mentor at NO Cost •  We have an extensive in-house Marketing Team to allow you to brand your business, automate marketing, and be noticed • Collaboration with top performing agents •  Education is key – we have a large Training Department with classes and workshops to continue to develop and sharpen your business/real estate skills Responsibilities: • Consult with a wide range of clients from first-time buyers to luxury home sellers • Partner with top-tier agents to help with Open Houses, Inspections, and more • Master the market and the process. Know how to help clients meet their goals • Stay abreast of changing market conditions, economic trends, and applicable State and local regulations and laws Qualifications: • Hard-working self-starter with a drive to create your own success (with help from us of course) • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal • Outstanding customer service skills - always be professional, positive, and smiling • Flexible with your schedule. Flex everything around the client's schedule Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000+
