Closing Coordinator for Title Company We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic, part-time Closing Coordinator / Processor for our Settlement Closing Department. This can be a full-time position for the right candidate. NJ title producer license is required. Notary preferred but can be obtained after hiring. You will be performing real estate closings including refis and all types of purchases. All applicants should be ready, willing, and able to travel throughout NJ and be able to accept assignments on short notice. Responsibilities: • Ensure funds are received prior to disbursement • Disburse funds • Ensure a smooth and stress-free closing transaction for buyers, sellers, and real estate agents Qualifications: • 3+ years Title Insurance experience • NJ Title Insurance Producer license • Willingness to become a Notary Public • Excellent customer service skill - always put the customer first • Ready, willing, and able to travel throughout NJ and be able to accept assignments on short notice
