    Jay T. Pitts + Associates is a highly productive real estate team affiliated with the RE/MAX Premier Properties brokerage. While still growing at a rapid pace, we currently have 2 agents on our team and expect to close 500 transactions in 2020. We’re looking for a creative individual who can continue to build upon our established brand, optimizing our presence in the local market with the production of sleek, professional, and engaging digital content.  Responsibilities: • In the performance of their respective tasks and duties all employees are expected to conform to the following: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS • Perform quality work within deadlines, with or without direct supervision. • Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers. • Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments. • Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations. PRIMARY DUTIES INCLUDE: • Filming editing, and producing video and audio content • Directing and producing video advertisements for listings and special promotions • Overseeing the distribution of all related content via social media and company-branded webpages • Maintaining and overseeing inventory of video/audio production equipment • Ordering new equipment as necessary THE MEDIA COORDINATOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF OTHER CONTENT AS NEEDED, INCLUDING: • Recording weekly podcasts - responsible for set-up / tear-down, editing, production, and distribution • Filming weekly company meetings and round-table discussions • Filming group training sessions as needed • Uploading video from company meetings with notes and searchable tags to the company intranet (Workplace by Facebook) • Filming walkthrough videos and on-location announcement videos with team agents at their listings • Coordinating distribution of live videos to YouTube, Facebook Live, and Instagram Live via Switcher Studio • Filming company outings, parties, and client events • Filming promotional material for individual agents as needed • Gathering B-roll and compiling archived footage for use in future projects • Photographing events, team members, and propertiesWhile we can’t anticipate every single task required for this position, we do expect each member of our team to lend assistance as additional projects arise. All employees will be required to support each other - and Management - during absences or other peak business times, and occasionally this may require individuals to operate outside of their regular workload. In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, the Media Coordinator also provides general administrative support to the team as necessary. Qualifications: SPECIFIC SKILLS THAT WOULD BE BENEFICIAL TO A CANDIDATE FOR THIS POSITION INCLUDE: • Proficient use of computers and audio/visual equipment such as microphones, digital cameras, iPhones, and iPads • Familiarity with Adobe products (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.) • Familiarity with audio recording equipment/software (Garageband, Audition, etc.) • Photography and videography experience • Experience distributing video content on social media platforms • Familiarity with basics of livestreaming on social media • Knowledge of YouTube metatags and analytics • Experience distributing audio to multiple podcast feeds, hosting, distributing on iTunes, Stitcher, Spotify • Familiarity with G-suite tools (Calendar, Google Sheets, Gmail)This position requires a valid driver’s license. Some local travel will be required to complete assigned tasks, such as recording videos at properties listed for sale in and around the Louisville Metro area. Mileage will be reimbursed at the rate currently established by the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). PreferencesQualified candidates with 2 years of related experience or more will be highly considered. Candidates with less than 2 years of experience will be considered based on their general familiarity with content production as it relates to the specific skills needed for this position.
