Looking for a part-time runner who could work part-time during the day M-F. The position will require you to spend 75% of your time traveling around the Hampton Roads area (Newport News to Chesapeake, Virginia Beach). Must be able to be taught to take nice pictures of properties.

Requirements

Must have valid Driver's License

Must have a strong driving record with clean driving records and no DMV hits.

Must have your own reliable vehicle

Able to carry minimum of 50 lbs

Must have strong work ethic

Able to meet deadlines/timelines

Strong communication skills with Management Hrly rate: $12/hr and reimbursement for mileage

Able to start now, with no background/driving/drug screen issues
