    Top-Producing Real Estate office in the West Valley has an opening for an outstanding Managing Broker. Real Estate experience and an active Broker License is required for this position. Applicants must also have the desire to learn and grow with the company. We want our team to learn about all of our advantages, tools, and services so that every one of us can be comfortable and confident in our knowledge and better serve clients. Responsibilities: • Review all broker files/transaction documents • Ensures that all support and service is conducted and fulfilled in a manner consistent with the goals and objectives of REMAX Professionals • Ensure all contract documents are reviewed/signed within required policy and statutory deadlines • Ensure all documents are reviewed for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all statutes and in accordance with all risk management policies • Troubleshoot and respond to a potential agent, client, and co-brokerage challenges or concerns • Conduct training orientations with new agents on SkySlope and SkySlope Forms • Manage branch office assigned • Occasionally cover other branch offices or staff as needed (minimal hours, but flexibility is appreciated) • Assist Designated Broker, Owner, Management Team, and Staff with any and all projects or duties assigned Qualifications: • Active/Current Arizona Real Estate Broker’s license is required • Real estate background is essential • Highly effective interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and advanced oral/written communication skills are a plus • Must be organized, detail-oriented, flexible, able to prioritize and enjoy a variety of assignments • Must be a self-starter. Should have a positive attitude and outgoing personality • Must be able to multi-task with frequent interruptions, changes, or delays • Must be able to remain focused and work effectively, efficiently, and cheerfully under such circumstances Compensation: $30 - $40 hourly
