    We are seeking a talented highly motivated, self-starting, creative individual with a passion for connecting with current and future customers through content marketing, social media, and traditional marketing efforts. Responsibilities: • Creating and editing video content to be used for education, marketing, social media and branding • Creating Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns for our office and our agents • Copywriting • Manage and update custom and templated websites • Blogging/Vloging on topics such as the real estate market, home design, financing programs, local events, local businesses, senior lifestyle, etc. • Run and maintain all social media channels. This will include activities such as creating written and video content, growing followers, creating goodwill and awareness with the local community, highlight local areas, homes, businesses and people, schedule posts and mastermind with others in the marketing department to come up with an overall plan for our social media strategy • Generating leads via websites, apps, print marketing, and social media •  Promoting our brand and usage of brand assets to our own real estate agents • Educating our agents and staff of marketing methods and products that will promote business growth • Using and Troubleshooting technology •  Creation of simple graphic design for flyers, brochures, and social media. • Creating and maintaining Excel and Google spreadsheets.  • Providing all levels of customer service to our agents • Event planning and coordinating  • Researching new methods and tools that our office and our agents can use in marketing our businesses. Qualifications: • Minimum of 1 year managing social media for marketing • Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate industry preferred  • Forward-thinking and creative • Video editing skills • Experience with editing/managing Wix and Word Press websites •  Ability to work in a team environment •  Ability to communicate and articulate ideas to managers and staff • Advanced understanding of marketing concepts and implementation  • Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite or other software Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly
