Applicants should have a well-developed capacity for coordinating and implementing marketing communication projects with responsibilities in social media, public relations, search marketing, advertising, brand stewardship and special events management. Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within marketing, advertising and real estate is critical. A degree of creativity is required. Responsibilities: Produce new advertising and marketing campaigns that are relevant and optimized Consistently update all website content so it is fresh and current Make sure all company materials are accurate and relevant in accordance to company compliance policies • Manage website/blog, social media content and general marketing initiatives • Running General administrative responsibilities • Provide executive level administrative support to owner Director of Marketing • Event Marketing • Video editing and Photography • Implement Manage systems and procedures Qualifications: Strong communication skills both verbal and written are a must Expert in forward design concepts Team player • College Degree in Marketing/Communications/ Technology • 0-2 years experience CANDIDATE MUST BE PROFICIENT IN: • Technology and Social Media • Understand ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram • Marketing strategies • Experience in providing administrative support • Well organized, self-starter with flexibility in daily routine • Proficient in Google Suite products • Graphic design (Adobe Creative Suite) Compensation: $14 - $16 hourly
