Full Time Paid Real Estate Internship If you have been dreaming of an exciting career as a real estate agent and are not quite sure how to get started, this is the opportunity for you. As a real estate intern, you will receive paid on-the-job training designed to help you hit the ground running as a real estate agent. Our 6-month real estate internship program will guide you along the process of navigating real estate school and receiving your real estate license, learning relevant, practical real estate skills, as well as gaining real-world experience with an agent mentor. Responsibilities: • Successfully complete Florida real estate school and pass the state license exam. • Utilize various computer systems to communicate with customers and team members alike. • Make and receive calls to and from leads focused on building quality relationships for the purposes of bringing that lead on as a customer. • Set appointments for our existing agent advisor team. • Manage lead database and CRM. Qualifications: • Must be proficient in computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office, G-suite, etc. • Must be comfortable working in both an office environment as well as out in the field. • Must be able to create and maintain positive, productive relationships with team members and customers. • Must consistently exhibit a growth mindset and must be willing to navigate the learning process associated with becoming a real estate agent. • Must be a team player. • Must be willing to commit 6 months to learning the real estate industry as well as 12 months post internship to practicing as a Realtor at RE/MAX Sterling. Compensation: $13 - $15 hourly
