    We are seeking a transaction coordinator to assist our rapidly expanding real estate team and property management company. The ideal candidate will have proven excellent customer service skills and will coordinate all aspects of sales contracts including title/escrow, mortgage loans, and appraisal processes. Additionally, for leases, have experience reviewing preprinted lease forms, applicant screening, verification of employment, and rental history. If this sounds like you, then we need to talk! Responsibilities: • Acquire seller approval for all offers and counters made by the buyer so the entire process for our clients is completed in a timely manner • Verify and sign off on all documents received for correct signatures and dates so the transaction process is completed efficiently • Assist both parties of buyers and sellers to close the contract quickly • Coordinate communication with agents, customers, and other parties regarding all escrow-related paperwork including appraisals, titles, and mortgage loans • Follow up with clients 30 days, 90 days, and 120 days after closing to assist with any home improvement recommendations Qualifications: • Experience in real estate, transaction coordination, titles, or mortgages highly valued • Candidates must have exceptional written and verbal skills • Associate’s degree preferred but not required to apply • Has a passion for providing great customer service • Experience with the rental application process. This includes verification of employment, income and past rental history • Outstanding administration and organization skills • Real Estate experience and license preferred Compensation: $40,000
