Responsibilities: • Maintain front-facing relationships with customers, contractors, service providers, and vendors • Facilitate office policies and procedures, ensuring they meet our organization’s standards • Oversee our day-to-day operations, manage administrative assistants, and perform secretarial duties • Execute other office administration and human resources tasks as assigned Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • 2 years of management experience or similar work experience required • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent • Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills • Basic computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office The position is mostly in the office, so close proximity to Marietta, GA, is necessary. Compensation: $60,000
