Responsibilities: • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home • Assist buyers with finding a home, negotiate a successful purchase, and ensure clear, consistent communication and high levels of customer service throughout the entire process • Schedule showings, show homes and go to open houses for potential buyers • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for a successful close Qualifications: • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or relevant experience • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Experience with the local real estate market and general trends • Should have or be pursuing a real estate license • An Active Georgia Real Estate License Is A Requirement No Exception • High level of adaptability to real estate technology and social media, we are 100% digital • A strong desire to take your career to the next level and a strong desire to make a $100,000+ Compensation: $115,000 yearly
