Responsibilities: • Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data • Have all properties inspected thoroughly to identify any possible repairs to assist clients with purchase/sale negotiations • Create relationships with businesses in various industries to establish future growth potential • Answer all customer inquiries in a timely fashion to help ensure customer satisfaction • Handle client negotiations and transactions and ensure paperwork is filled out accurately and legally • Provide advice regarding the investment potential of properties to clients building wealth through real estate Qualifications: • Proven negotiating and communication skills • Knowledge of real estate industry practices and lease language • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices • Independent and self motivated • Able to deal with tremendous levels of stress and work long hours while keeping your emotions in check Compensation: $170,000 yearly
