A knowledge of metro Atlanta and a knack for developing long-lasting business relationships are essential. This position requires an active Georgia real estate license or the willingness and ability to get one. We include administrative support, social media management, and marketing materials. Responsibilities: • Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction • Compare properties with similar properties to determine fair market price for clients • Research property maintenance costs and possible renovating costs so clients will have thorough information before purchase negotiations • Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data • Provide market area research to clients so they can make an educated and informed decision • Provide advice regarding the investment potential of properties to clients building wealth through real estate Qualifications: • Skilled in industry practices and lease language • Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices • Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities • Able to deal with tremendous levels of stress and work long hours while keeping your emotions in check Compensation: $170,000 yearly
