Director of Real Estate Sales and Recruiting We are looking for a dynamic leader with real estate expertise to recruit, onboard, train, and motivate all agents on the team with the goal of business growth and individual agent success. We need someone who is ready to recruit top agents to grow our business into a top real estate team. You will train and expand the team by 5-10 agents per year, with the expectation of 24 transactions per agent by their second year. Our ideal candidate has at least three years of experience in sales management and recruiting, preferably in real estate. Responsibilities: • Answer questions about contracts and matters relating to brokers • Achieve an understanding of the Workman Way and its concepts, as well as the ability to speak about them • Participate in the development of initiatives to boost team motivation, business growth, and agents' ability to uncover new business opportunities • Educate salespeople on how to structure their phone conversations, deal and lead management, and creating plans for each lead • Participate in job fairs, open houses, and other recruiting events to grow our group's membership and real estate team Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • 3+ years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in real estate • Demonstrated exceptional social, verbal, and negotiating abilities • Good organization and time management skills • 2+ years experience in real estate recruiting, sales, or related position • Must possess a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major is desired Compensation: $90,000
