RE/MAX True Advantage is looking to hire a full-time office support assistant to manage the phone system and assist with the day-to-day office duties and agent services.
Full-Time Office Support Assistant Job Responsibilities:
- Serves visitors and agents by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.
- Keeps up-to-date records of sale and rental department transactions.
- Assists office staff with duties including but not limited to: scanning and file organization, sorting invoices, logging rental information, etc.
- Maintains security and telecommunications system.
- Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries, both in-person and via telephone.
- Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Supports continuity among agents & staff by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
JOB SKILLS PREFERRED:
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel
- Attention to detail
- Great note-taking skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Filing/Scanning
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $11.00 per hour
