Responsibilities: • Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities • Use our CRM to regularly follow up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Manage and qualify inbound inquiries to generate appointments so our agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Act as an intermediary between sellers and potential buyers to facilitate sales to ensure a mutually beneficial close • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics to ensure sales goals are met in an organized and timely fashion • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on • Stay informed on local home sales and new home listings Qualifications: • Great phone presence with a closer mentality • You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills • Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities • Positive, enthusiastic, motivated, and solution-oriented • You are a natural organizer, everything in its place and your time management skills are spot on • Driven to succeed in sales and in life • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease • Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000
