Our Company is currently seeking an experienced skilled Accountant/Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for A/P data entry reconciliations, [aying sales and other taxed , examining, preparing and maintaining financial records for our company, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments.

Responsibilities:

• Accountant/Bookkeeper’s responsibilities are to accurately revise and record all day-to-day financial transactions of our company.
• Check the accuracy of business transactions and properly categorize each expense for accounting.
• Record A/P Invoices, and make sure that invoices are paid and coded correctly, in a timely manner.
• Perform daily account revisions.
• Bring the books to the trial balance stage

Qualifications:

• Proven bookkeeping/accounting experience.
• Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles.
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.
• The ability to work accurately with numbers and figures.P&L
• Profit and Loss and Balance sheets report for over 20 companies of real-estate properties and other businesses.
• Experience with spreadsheets and Rent Manager or similar property management software.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.Will work directly with executive to finacially organize portfolio
• BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, and/or numerous years of proven track record of bookkeeping.

We are a commercial real estate company, our corporate office is based in Miami, We mostly work renting, fixing or doing new construction on a privately held portfolio of companies each needs accounting and bookeeping within our main system. We own and manage properties in Miami, Ft Myers, New Orleans, Ormond beach, Daytona beach, and Daytona beach Shores. We pride ourselves in managing a wide array of properties, which include a thirty four unit Hotel on the Beach, a Cinema in Ft Myers, Shopping Centers, Mobil Home parks, Apartments and Duplexes.Presently we are also doing new construction. We work closely with banks for financing and restructuring of our portfolio. .
