Family Medicine Physician - RI
Our client is currently seeking full-time Family Medicine Physician to provide primary care services in our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). You will work collaboratively with other team members, including integrated behavioral health providers, in providing high-quality, comprehensive primary medical care to patients of all ages, using best practice and evidence-based standards.We are a NCQA recognized Level III Patient Centered Medical Home and, as part of the team-based approach to care, the physician will participate in coordinating care for patients, supporting patients and families in self-management and engaging in continuous quality improvement activities aimed at specific patient population needs. Qualifications:Candidate must possess a license to practice medicine in the State of Rhode Island and have a valid DEA license. Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine. Prior clinical experience in primary care, specifically working in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) environment, is a plus. Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred. In our dynamic team-based practice, excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
