BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our team.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

Clinic employs both physicians and Advanced Practice Providers with associated support staff

Monday-Friday: 8:30 am -4:30 pm; candidate will rarely work past 5:00 pm 

Typical patient population is age 55+, but does see lifespan patients.

Physician Scribe Provided - Between 1 to 2 half days of nursing home rounds, will have an Advanced Practice Provider and Nurse assist with rounds
