Family Nurse Practitioner - Oregon

Must have experience treating/managing chronic medical conditions

Our client is seeking an experienced, dynamic Family Nurse Practitioner to join one of our FQHC primary care facilities, located in beautiful Southern Oregon. We serve 28,000 patients annually throughout our six health care centers, dental clinic, and mobile health center. We are an innovative non-profit organization, focused on providing exceptional health care to all who have barriers to access, and include integrative behavioral and dental health care in our practices.

Qualifications

• BC graduate from an accredited school
• Must have an active Oregon license
• Must possess CPR certification and active DEA license
• 3+ years experience treating chronic medical conditions
• Prefer experience with low-income children and families and in migrant and community health
• Fluent in English w/Spanish proficiency a plus
