our Outpatient Program provides a wide variety of services that include thoughtful and modern approaches to transformative care.

Our Providers, Therapists, Clinicians, Nurses and Support Staff work closely with other programs and local community partners to design custom Treatment Plans for those in need.

We are looking to expand this team with an APRN experienced in providing exceptionally compassionate care to all populations that values reaching a diverse Client base, detailed documentation and making a difference in each life that walks through the door.

POSITION DETAILS:

\- Providing Psychiatric Evaluations and Medication Management care in a targeted group of Programs including Outpatient Medical Services, our Community Action Team and the OnTrack Early Psychosis Intervention Group.

\- Carrying a focused caseload for child and adolescent Clients.

\- Interacting with Clients' families as part of total Treatment Plan.

\- Utilizing a variety of direct clinical skills in assessment, treatment and intervention services within Behavioral Healthcare (Substance Use as well as Mental Health).
