Urology Physician - Oregon

We are looking for a Urologist to join our outpatient Urology practice in beautiful Medford, Oregon. This practice consists of 4 Urologists, a PA and an NP, and provides coverage to a Regional Medical Center and the surrounding Jackson County area. Candidates must be board certified/eligible in Urology. Robotics surgery training or experience is highly desirable. This position will include some inpatient work as well.

 POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education: Graduate of an accredited medical school. Successful completion of residency training in an ACGME accredited Urology residency program.

 License / Certification: MD or DO licensed by the Oregon Board of Medical Examiners; Board Certified / Eligible in Urology by the American Board of Medical Specialties; Must obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges this includes but is not limited to, holding position-specific certifications/memberships as determined by the Medical Staff team (i.e. ACLS, BLS, PALS, etc.); Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs; Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in hospital's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.
