Organization's mission is to fulfill unmet healthcare and social service needs of individuals and families in Palm Beach County. In order to accomplish this mission, organization operates a Federally Qualified Health Center offering pediatric and adult primary care, chronic disease management, infusion, behavioral health counseling, laboratory work, X-rays and dentistry. Our main site operates an on-site pharmacy.
Primary Purpose
The Chief Medical Officer ensures adequate staffing; provides leadership for all health center clinicians; works as an integral part of the management team; establishes, strengthens and negotiates relationships between the health center and external providers or healthcare organizations; and monitors and improves the quality of care.

Qualifications
Education and/or Experience
Preference will be given to work experience in a public health or community clinic setting, previous work experience as a Chief Medical Officer/Medical Director, completion of an accredited primary care residency program, or Board Certification (or eligible) in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
License and/or Certification
Current licensure as an MD/DO to practice in the State of Florida Department of Health, Division of Medical Quality Assurance. Current DEA, DPS certification
