REBEL Tattoo Machine LLC is a start-up tattoo supply manufacturer business in the Tattoo Industry. One man company right now. I am looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. We are targeting and selling to a very specific audience: tattoo artists. Thus you need to go to tattoo shops, create and maintain contacts and generate sales. REBEL offers products that tattoo artists already been using like tattoo needles/cartridges and tattoo ink and turn them over for buying my products. I offer free samples but they must be ordered online not just given out in person. The job is territorial to protect your sales effort and your commission from those zip codes you are working in. The more result you bring, the more you make. You need to provide track of your visits and results. You don't carry inventory but a few samples to show.
Tattoo Artists needs to order thru the website and the office takes care of the shipments. Your commission is calculated monthly. You will be a contractor, not an employee. I can not offer you benefits but you are flexible on schedule and at this point the market is open. I don't have sales reps, thus potentials are almost unlimited and depending on your effort. Free shipping is possible if you come by to the office and pick those orders up in person and drop them with the tattoo artist in person to strengthen the relationships. This job only requires a tablet from your end to help the tattoo artists to get familiar with the website and products, registering them, and place the first order. Every order from that zip code is going to create your commission in the future, thus you have the option to expand your territory month by month.
Knowing the industry or willing to learn it is a must. I'm also a tattoo artist over 25+ years thus I know what tattoo product is fundamentally good or not.
You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels, and profitability.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Visit tattoo shops, create new business relationships and maintain the existing ones, grow sales this way
Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Continuously improve through feedback
SKILLS
Proven work experience as a sales representative
You just need a tablet to show the website and tattoo artists can place orders thru there
Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales
Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
