Responsibilities: Manage office duties such as organizing filing systems and ordering office equipment and supplies Oversee scheduling, including arranging accommodations and travel, managing itineraries, and setting up team meetings Act as the main point of contact the high-level executive Perform additional assigned duties from executives such as picking up orders, handling personal mail, etc. Organize incoming information such as phone calls, voicemail messages, emails, and memos and report details to an executive Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License High school diploma or G.E.D. required Comfortable meeting deadlines and handling confidential information Strong organizational skills, communication skills, time management skills, and interpersonal skills At least 2+ years of experience as an executive assistant, or experience performing supportive duties • Must be comfortable with using Apple Products including - Ipads, Iphones and Macbooks • Sales tracking and monitoring • Must know how to use Adobe and their products • Transaction Coordinator Experience Compensation: $18 - $20 hourly
