    The position we have available is responsible for HR, Workmens Comp, Paryoll and Benefits and Risk Management. This position is critical to our continued growth and success.     · Competitive Salary DOE $74,300 - $86,022

    JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:

    · Handle all new hire and on-boarding processes.

    · Managing the day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties including but not limited to: compensation, performance management, employee relations, benefits, recruiting, employee records, data analytics, legal compliance (state and federal), policy interpretation and application.

    · Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, leave, disciplinary etc.)

    · Coordinate HR projects; meeting, trainings, surveys and record minutes

    · Manage employee requests regarding HR issues and scheduling requests; conducts investigations and partners with management to resolve and address concerns.

    · Responsible for administration and communication of workers’ compensation process.

    · Responsible to prepare and process payroll.

    · Providing clerical and administrative support to management and office

    · Compiling and update employee records

    · Safety compliance tracking . Risk Management, Insurance and Claims Processing.

    THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS:

    · Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Highly Preferred

    · HR Certified Highly Preferred

    · 4+ yrs. experience in HR and Payroll

    · Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required)

    · Experience in recruiting and resume databases

    · Proficient in CA labor laws and leave administration, training and employee development programs, employee relations, performance management and talent acquisition.

    · Quick learner and intelligent

    · Excellent multi-tasking and project management

    · Strong organizational skills

    · Strong MS Office and computers skills

    · Ability to learn new software quickly

    · Effective communication and interpersonal skills

    · Strong problem-solving skills

    · The desire to do the job right every time

    WORKING CONDITIONS

    · While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to both inside and outside work areas including; general offices and warehouse environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

    · Professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones and cell phones, photocopiers and fax machines.

    · This employee is regularly required to stand, to sit, balance, kneel and lift, move or carry up to 25 pounds.

    · Must have good vision for close computer work (with or without the aid of eye glasses or contact lenses) and must have hand and wrist coordination for data entry input.

    · Must be able to work a shift from 7:00am – 5:00pm (Some Saturdays) be available as requested to handle urgent issues, meetings or special projects outside of those hours.
