RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain image sensor test and calibration software
• Own the software build release process, deployment of test programs, and training of assembly line operators
• Perform failure analysis, yield analysis and drive continuous improvement of test coverage
• Collaborate with QA and marketing teams to proactively address image quality issues observed during camera manufacturing
• Collaborate with repair and customer support teams to resolve image quality issues reported from cameras in the field. 
• Travel to RED partner sites to debug test hardware and software issues as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

• B.S (EE/CS/Physics/Industrial Engineering) + 2 years experience in semiconductor test engineering or product engineering for image sensors.
• Good understanding of CMOS image sensor architectures, pixel operation, and image processing is desirable. Prior image sensor testing experience is a definite plus.
• Excellent lab debugging and validation skills. Should be comfortable using PCB schematic and layout viewer tools.
• Should be proficient in Matlab. Experience in C++ and Python is a plus.
• Experience in image sensor characterization and noise measurements is desirable.
• Prior experience with IG-XL is a definite plus.
• Prior experience with software build release process and version control is a plus.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills are required  
• Up to 20% domestic and internationals travel required.
