Red Truck Fire & Safety Co. is seeking a full time Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to join our team!

POSITION

Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator

DUTIES

• Provide friendly, professional and informative customer service and customer assistance.

• Answer multi-line telephones and providing accurate information and/or quotes regarding company products and services to new, potential and existing customers.

• Schedule and coordinate customer jobs and appointments.

• Service dispatching and conveying accurate customer information to field staff.

• Create, plan and maintain updated and current routes for field service technicians.

• Optimize technician field routes to maximize time and fuel usage.

• Customer notifications regarding service appointments.

• Maintain communication and a high level of support for field technicians daily.

• Keep track of undone jobs and reschedule.

• Weekly job summary reports.

• Effectively Handle customer and field tech questions and resolve problems.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

  Regular Full Time

  Monday – Friday

  8:00am – 5:00pm

  San Diego, California

   

  REQUIREMENTS

  High School Diploma or Equivalent

  Computer Proficient, Microsoft, Word, Excel, etc.

  Excellent Customer Service Skills

  Superior Verbal , Written and Telephone Skills

  Excellent Communication Skills

  Friendly and Personable Demeanor

  Enjoy Working and Interacting with Public and coworkers

  Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with team.

  Professional & Honest

  Strong Organizational Skills

  Multi-tasking Abilities
