    **Position: Payroll & Benefits HR Administrator **

    Summary:

    This position will focus on the management and execution of biweekly payroll for the company as well as maintenance of determining medical benefit eligibility, making offers and administering plans for qualified employees. The position will oversee HR Manager and Office Administrator position(s) as both of those positions provide support and oversight to timesheets, employee time off and support the reconciliation of time in regards to payroll.

    Additionally, this position will help ensure successful maintenance of all HR operations and functions within the business and offer recommendations for greater efficiency and compliance when necessary to improve or streamline operations.

    Tasks included, but limited to:

    1. Strong knowledge and experience in managing a payroll database, Paycom experience is a plus but otherwise similar payroll database program experience as you will be responsible to enter/update details regarding to payroll to maintain accurate account for employee files in database as well as process payroll through Paycom on a bi-weekly basis;
    2. Experience in managing medical benefit plans and using data management system and reporting to determine eligibility; Send offers of coverage. Help ensure successful enrollment between REDCON Plan Administrator and Paycom (payroll administrator) – current system used is ACA Reporter;
    3. Manage HR Manager and Office Manager position(s); providing oversight and direction to ensure successful execution of their tasks and satisfactory job performance
    4. Knowledge of SCA compliance; government contracting a plus as many of our employees are SCA and much of REDCON's clients are government agencies
    5. As needed, utilizing When I Work, Points North, and/or Paycom produce custom reports for REDCON
    6. Read and route correspondence. Compose and process routine correspondence and
    7. Provide company-wide communication and updates as necessary;
    8. Conduct research and compile; prepare various analytical and descriptive reports for CEO and staff;

    e-mail. Organizes file system (including confidential material), and files correspondence and other records.

    1. Where applicable, look for ways to streamline and improve operational effectiveness and develop infrastructure as it relates to all aspects of REDCON's operations;
    2. Provide organizational oversight of employee disciplinary forms, medical release(s) and any other personnel/employee related documentation in a safe/secure and organized manner;
    3. Knowledge and experience working in programs to include but not limit: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook, Paycom and When I Work (REDCON's scheduling platform);
    4. Maintain flexibility and openness with a positive attitude toward a growing business; this is a fast-paced work environment so ability to be agile, flexible, and multi-task with efficiency is important to successfully execute many functions of this position;

    Must understand we are a small and growing team and as we grow new infrastructure may be developed and changed regarding the details of this position but overall function of the supporting services this position will be responsible for will not change.
