Redline Sales & Marketing LLC is adding two new team members to our Fiber Optic Internet sales team based in Wentzville, MO.

This is a commission-based role with guaranteed weekly pay based on in-field activity. Guaranteed pay is based on either the number of doors knocked (average of 65 per day) or sales installed during that week.

Here’s an example of our industry-leading compensation plan:

Our weekly guaranteed pay is based on days worked, an average of 65 doors knocked per day or sales installed per week.

· 3 days with 195 doors knocked or 2 sales installed pays $300 per week.

· 4 days with 260 doors knocked or 3 sales installed pays $500 weekly.

· 5 days with 325 doors knocked or 4 sales installed pays $800 weekly. That’s a guaranteed amount of $41,600 per year.

· At 5 or more sales installed per week, you REDLINE our comp plan and earn $250 for every sale installed that week.

Earn $100k + with an average of 8 sales per week.
