    Refrigeration And Equipment Services LLC is looking for a qualified hot-side technician. We offer competitive pay and excellent benefits.

    Requirements:

    · Minimum 3 years cooking equipment experience.

    · Current driver’s license and clean driving record

    · Must have your own hand tools.

    · Willingness to be involved with the emergency on-call rotation.

    · Ability to work variable and flexible hours, including required overtime.

    SUMMARY

    As a service technician, you will provide preventive maintenance, warranty work, repair services, and parts for commercial cooking, refrigeration, beverage and other kitchen equipment in restaurants, hotels, nursing homes, schools, and office buildings. Depending on your trade the technician must possess the ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair gas, electric, direct steam fired, refrigeration, and other types of food preparation equipment.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    · Demonstrate effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

    · Effectively manage time and resources to control costs, enhance efficiencies, and meet commitments.

    · Build strong customer relationships through excellent communication and technical abilities and understanding customer’s needs/expectations.

    · Train team members and peers on best practice methods of service and sales

    · Manage truck inventory and keep truck organized and clean.

    · Maintain accurate paperwork

    · Recommend necessary parts and repairs

    · Maintain good relationships with co-workers and customers.

    · Recognize and deal with priorities.

    WORKING CONDITIONS

    Working conditions require driving to and from job site locations. The lifting of materials up to fifty pounds, standing, walking, climbing stairs, stooping and kneeling, turning the head and torso, reaching, grasping, bending and flexing the arms, legs, wrists, hands, and fingers.
