We are hiring CDL-A drivers for a high-paying, dedicated Dollar Tree regional account. This position offers strong weekly pay, consistent freight, and reliable home time. Ideal for drivers who want steady miles and don't mind staying active.

Pay & Home Time

• $1,900 – $2,000 per week

• Average Weekly Pay: $1,700

• Top Weekly Pay: $2,146

• Average Annual Pay: $88,400

• Top Annual Pay: $111,592

• Home weekly with a 34-hour reset

• Home on Friday/Saturday or Sunday/Monday

Job Details

• Dedicated Dollar Tree account

• All dry freight

• Touch freight – hand unload using rollers

• Average 2 loads per week

• Approximately 1,750 miles per week

• Only 3 stops per week

• Year-round freight with consistent miles

• Oklahoma

• Colorado

• Wyoming

• Montana

• New Mexico

• North Dakota & South Dakota

• Missouri

Compensation & Bonuses

• CPM pay

• Load pay

• Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus up to 3% of mileage pay

Equipment

• All new Western Star and Freightliner trucks

• Drivers will coordinate with the account manager for safe and secure truck parking

Driver Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL

• Minimum 3 months tractor-trailer experience
